Q: Is it possible to specify the color of the ear loop for the 2-pack or 3-pack or week pack?

A: When you buy a pack, you can't specify the color of the ear loop. Ear loop colors will be selected randomly from the most popular colors.

 

 Q: I haven't received my order yet.

A: After payment is confirmed, it usually takes about 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped to you. Worldwide shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the region.

Q: I received a color I did not order, what should I do?

A: If you have received a different item from the one you ordered, please contact us directly with your order number and the color you ordered.

Q: The size didn't fit, can I return it?

A: We do not accept returns, but only in special circumstances such as defective items. Please contact us directly at plus3mask@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Q: I'm worried about the smell of the mask I just opened.

A: We recommend that you remove the mask from the vacuum pack and let it sit in a sunny place before use, or wash it by hand once.

Q: Will the mask leave marks?

A: The mask is made of soft and silky material to make it comfortable to use, but it may leave marks depending on how long you use it.

Q: I get skin irritation from disposable masks.

A: PLUS3 is made of soft and silky material to reduce skin irritation, but if your skin is sensitive, we recommend using lotion or cream to protect it from drying out.

 

Q: How can I differentiate the inside and the outside of my mask?
